OUR GOAL:
For my wife of 16 yrs and I to able to raise ALL our children as best we can and stop the insanity of paying child support we do not owe and have tried to get corrected for so many years. All my daughters from my first marriage are adults now. The twins are the youngest at age 23 and the oldest at 27. We strive to keep a roof over our two minor children living at home ages 13 and 9. The youngest has special needs and has always needed special care. We are hopeful that someone reasonable will finally look at this situation also dont forget YOU can call on Senator Scott Brown to help do the right by the children and their families that they have took an oath to serve.

We've spent thousands in legal fees and court costs to date but have yet to be heard. We have gathered overwhelming documentaion and proof of fraud and manipulation of the system and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' knowledge of such and their willingness to do nothing about it except collect money.

Commonwealth of MA DOR/CSE or the Probate & Family Court of MA says "enough"?
Well, as far I can tell you the answer has been: As many times as they want, so long as it adds to the money owed to the Commonwealth of MA DOR/CSE.

My father always told me to "Fight for what's right & never back down" and my father was William F Mason Jr. (RED) one of the original founders and active member until his death in 2002 of the K.W.V.A. Korean War Veterans Association and instrumental in the raising of funds and oversight of the Korean War Memorial in Charleston Navy Yard (Boston Massachusetts) & Korean War Veterans Memorial (Washington D.C.).

What does Child Support Enforcement stand for ?
The enforcement of your states laws and guidelines for support and the governing powers i.e. The Federal Government. These guidelines were written to protect the CHILDREN of ALL states of this great NATION and must be followed to insure its reputation and solvency! This does INCLUDE both parents’ rights to due process. If a state employee (most elected and bound by the constitution) knowingly ignores facts and evidence and quote "looks the other way" or "not my job" then they are in essence willfully and knowingly creating treason (the most severe civil crime an American can commit) and should be held accountable (legally and professionally) never mind morally and socially! To those of you in office who do the right thing ... I would like to THANK YOU from my family to yours for the shoe someday might be on your foot! Your fellow Americans care and follow these stories closer then you think and for every written testimony there are ten times that not heard or seen. When YOU do this YOU will begin to restore the trust of the people and the government officials who hired you to represent it.
Dont stand for tyranny. Use the powers of one of our supreme documents "THE CONSTITUTION"
